A gentle Introduction to CleanEFT™

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here

If something in your life feels heavy, unclear, or repetitive…
and you’re looking for a calm way to work with it —
you’re in the right place.

CleanEFT™ is a gentle blend of EFT (“Tapping”) and Clean Language.
We use your words and your pace to explore what’s going on — without pressure, without interpretation, and without overwhelm.

You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need the perfect words.
We start exactly where you are.

What a CleanEFT™ Session Feels Like

A CleanEFT™ session is calm, slow, and grounding.
We use your exact words — not my interpretations, not my guesses.

It often feels like:

  • being deeply listened to

  • having space to think clearly

  • finding your own language for what’s going on

  • releasing emotional pressure

  • clarity around stuck patterns

  • small, steady internal shifts

Most people describe CleanEFT™ as:
calm on the outside, and growth on the inside.

There is no emotional intensity required.
Shifts happen quietly.

"Through the use of Clean Language in our EFT tapping sessions, Daniel helped me uncover and gently shift deep emotional patterns I didn’t even realize were holding me back."

How Clean Language Works

Instead of analyzing you or telling you what something “means,”
I ask simple, precise questions such as:

  • “What would you like to have happen?”

  • “What kind of X is that X?”

  • “What can soften?”

These questions help your system clarify what’s beneath the surface.
Once things become clear, they naturally begin to shift.

It’s not dramatic.
It’s not loud.
It just works.

What People Notice After a Session

People often describe CleanEFT™ sessions as lighter, clearer, and quietly transformative.

The changes are real, but they’re rarely dramatic — more like a gentle internal shift that continues to unfold.

Many people report:

  • feeling lighter

  • less emotional pressure

  • fewer triggers

  • less overthinking

  • clarity about what they want

  • relief from “carrying” something alone

  • a sense of coming back to themselves

"I’ve gained clarity, emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of self—something I never thought possible before our work together. Clean Language was the key that unlocked it all."

Sometimes the shift is immediate.
Sometimes it continues softly over the next few days.

Either way, it’s gentle — and it’s real.

Is this Right for You?

CleanEFT™ is a good fit if:

  • something feels heavy or unclear

  • you’re overthinking what to do next

  • you’re stuck in a pattern that won’t budge

  • you want relief without diving into trauma

  • you want a calm, non-performative process

  • you prefer subtle, precise work over intense emotional digging

If any of this resonates, CleanEFT™ might be exactly what you’re looking for.

You don’t need to know the root cause.
You don’t need the perfect words.
We start exactly where you are.
